With such a large number of sites, Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water required a service provider able to coordinate the ongoing maintenance requirements of the various properties across their portfolio, as well as providing comprehensive key account management. There were specific contract criteria in place for the award of the FM tender in selecting a suitable service provider. DWR Cymru Welsh Water needed a company who were capable of supporting their maintenance requirements, while being able to offer a personalised service to ensure they continually met their compliance objectives.
We met all the criteria of the FM tender and subsequently were successful in securing the contract. We allocated a dedicated key account manager to oversee the ongoing contract with DWR Cymru Welsh Water and ensure we maintain a close relationship with all interested parties. This is to ensure that any queries or issues are addressed quickly and effectively to the satisfaction of the Client. This on-going key account management is supported by regular meetings and a Monthly Performance Report of all KPI's. The overview provides information on ongoing costs, preventative and corrective completion schedules, and is tailored to suit the specific reporting requirements of the Client. Having successfully tendered and retained this contract for many years, we have established a strong working relationship with DWR Cymru Welsh Water which has benefitted both parties. We continue to expand the portfolio of sites and services we offer to the Client with the view to becoming a total service provider.
